For other CM who doesnt want to propose laws at the moment still go to the IRC because whether you like it or not, we need people to propose laws now any citizen who have questions/complaints about the game/congress, please go to IRC and we will be happy to explain it to you. Let us help each other to create our country a better place(even if its in this game only)

Hello everyone. Philippines Org will now create a state MU but due to the lack of funds.those who will join should pay 5 gold for their occupied slot.
