Hello, I am
SichiRonoa , the First President of the Republic of the Philippines here on Maxima server. Appointed this rank because the admins and the e-sim gods themselves saw something in me which I didn't see myself.
Just kidding, on to serious matters. I took upon the role of cp here on maxima because as far as I know, most of the trusted ph citizens (not going to mention everyone, might make others feel sad that I didn't mention them as well, but here's one) like
bryan19 are busy handling the other servers which led me to believe that more tasks upon them might only stress them or make them lose focus in maxima while they are focusing more on the other servers.
I am quite new at being cp of a country but rest assured, I keep constant communication with other ph citizens asking for support, help, questions, and in-game related matters on how to run a country. For those who wish to chat, our main irc channel is:

Article 1. Maintaining Citizenship and Accepting Citizenship
a.) Be able to contribute towards the economy of the country like working for the org and selling products at fair prices.
b.) Be active in wars or hit for Philippines in times of war.
c.) Real life nationality will not be a problem as long as you follow rules and laws here in the Philippines.
d.) If you become a congress member or any part of the government, be sure to discuss with other congress members on our plans as well as decision making. Hasty decision making and abusing of power will result in a goodbye philippines.
Article 2. Communication and Ideas
a.) Questions regarding in-game matter related to the Philippines, Government, or personal questions you'd like to ask, go to our IRC channel stated above. Do not immediately post or write immediate conclusions without proper knowledge of what the truth really is.
b.) Freedom of information is given towards all citizens of philippines regarding situations, economy, taxes, where our money is going, how are we maintaining money and the like from our org but information regarding battle plans will not be transparent. Details of this are confidential and you may ask me more regarding this issue.
c.) Ideas are highly welcomed and appreciated. No ideas are bad but not all will be accepted. If you have ideas to share, please message me or go to our irc channel to discuss it and have a proper discussion regarding it so that we can help you find a way to implement it.
1.) Get proper congress members up and running. This will include having a discussion table with all congress members to ensure that their law proposals are not wasted and that they do not make law proposals selfishly without consulting other congress members first to discuss whether or not to accept/ reject so we can maximize efficiency of the laws.
2.) CP candidature should only be one this coming election so that we will have no need of spending 10g for each candidate but rather only 1 candidate and sure cp of philippines. I will take on this spot and role for the first month.
3.) Have Companies ready after 1 month term. This will include q5 oil, q5 iron, q5 grain, q1 weapons. This is to have supplies for the country in times of war. Though right now we need suggestions on how to be able to generate gold for our org.
4.) Be able to create hitters for philippines maxima with a strong mu. Currently being worked on.
5.) Be able to have elite mu by end of 1st month.

Conclusion
Right now we are growing ever so steadily uphill but we cannot guarantee that it will be all ups in this roller coaster ride. It is also hard to run a country without support of its people. This is why I ask for your help to run this country not only by myself but with everyone here in the Philippines who wants to make it strong and one of the top countries here in maxima. We need to rise up, show that we can be country that cannot easily be bent. Hail Ph.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
