1.) All candidates of congress election must donate 5g before elections which will be held on the 25th which means you have until the 24th to send the gold.
You will regain the 5g after you win in the election you you will get a medal after winning in congress which we will assure so you will not lose anything by joining congress.
This is to have a start up fund for the next month of 100g for the country as well as to see that our congress are not running for monetary gain but for the pleasure of working for the betterment of the country.

SichiRonoa and you will be loaned 5g for purpose of assurance that you will in fact send 5g after winning in congress election and not run with it.
2.) All congress members that will win should be ready anytime to make laws. So if the government decides to make a law, someone in the congress will be given the task to do it and it should be done immediately. This is to make use of all law proposals for the whole month and keep activity going on here in maxima.
Congress members cannot make laws of their own without first consulting the CP of the Philippines and other congress members so that when you pass a law, if will not be rejected and your proposal is not wasted. Be responsible and always be open for discussion, personal benefit does not help the country. 3.) All congress members should united in times of deciding for laws especially in wars and MPPs. Wars will be decided by the CP so it won't be much of a problem but as for MPP's, we cannot accept everything, it needs discussion first.
You are allowed to vote for a law once you see that the CP and most of the congress has taken a stand to it if you were not in the discusion. Which means that if you see a law being proposed and you see the CP and most of the congress accepting it, that means you should accept it as well, same goes for rejecting. [/b]

As shown in the table above, all those who have YES are underlined and for NO it is in bold.
You can see that there are only 17 Notable congress member who will be allowed to participate in the congress election and their slots are assured.
All others will have their candidatures trashed if they do not prove themselves notable before the elections which will be held on the 25th. This means that all non-notable runners have until the 24th to prove that they can be a part of the next congress where another article will be posted for the final list.

This will be the first step of assuring that you are indeed willing to run for congress not for monetary gain but for the country.
If you have donated 5g to the Org and did not win the election, do not worry because the Org will return your gold. If you have not enough gold, refer to the steps above at the start of the article.
There is only a 1% chance that you will not win because the number of congress runners will be controlled so once you are notable and paid the 5g in advance, do not worry, you will become a congress of the Philippines.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
