As of now, we have limited the worker slots of all of PH Org Companies. This is due to productivity loss which means instead of gaining money, the company will lose it.
The more people working in one company per day decreases the overall production of the company each time someone works. So if more people work, less products are produce and thus lessening overall value which will hurt us in the long run.
That is why Ph Org companies will now be limited to only 15 workers each. Selected workers were due to how active the workers were at working everyday.
The most efficient companies only need 5 workers for maximum efficiency but after calculating the gain/loss value of salary-products produced, 15 workers will still be able to produce us 15gold per day after salary as long as all the workers work everyday.
Do not worry, the values have been calculated based on es and productivity of each worker. This is the most we can make out of our current q5 oil company and q1 ticket company. Production is good but we will also need buyers to have constant production and salary for our dear workers.
Become a businessman!
Ph Org is currently mass producing q1 tickets at around 800 per day but we cannot guarantee buyers everyday to keep up with production. Which is why I am going to Hire you or anyone in that matter to become your own businessman. Not only do you gain money, but you also gain experience as a businessman and you help our country economy. It's a win-win for everyone. ( Note: Even if you are not ph citizen, you are welcome to buy our tickets to sell for you gain but only if you buy by bundle. At least 100 tickets.)
It works by PH Org selling you our produced tickets at lower prices than average and you selling the tickets at the normal price or even higher price.
Fun Fact: Philippines is part of the only 5 countries to have high oil region
This means that there are only 4 other countries with high oil and be able to supply the demands of the people travelling from country to country to participate in their wars. This gives us businessmen huge advantage if you are selling tickets or if you want to sell the tickets in your country which cannot supply their own supply of tickets.

Economy Plans
Right now we have made Q5 Oil, Q1 Ticket, and Q3 Iron companies.
Target is to be able to have: Q5 Oil, Q5 Ticket, Q1 Ticket, Q5 Iron, Q1 Weapon for now in next 2-3 weeks or after first month.
We are lacking workers in our Iron Company as of now and very hard to compete because the currency of where it is located has high gold value. Which means it is hard to find workers and have enough currency to pay workers.
That is why I am asking for workers here in ph, the company will open slots of 1 hrk salary and you will receive not currency but gold as salary through donation. This way Ph org will have no need of buying hrk fro MM and we are able to avoid taxes in that country. We earn more and have better salary.

Transparency
Yes, transparency between all of Ph org's money. Where it is going, whether it is gaining or lossing gold, we are making the effort of having a transparent government that is able to keep track of all of our org's money to ensure that the taxes of the citizens, the hard work everyone puts up to help in the economy is not being neglected by the government nor is it being stolen.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
