Venho aqui com mais um tutorial!! Desta vez irei falar sobre eleições!!
Vamos lá !
1- Oque é eleição??
Eleição é a escolha de uma ou mais pessoas pra ocupar um cargo publico!
Ok! Mas quem pode escolher essa(s) pessoas para nos representar??
Os jogadores que possuem nível 7 ou superior !
Sou obrigado a votar??
Não é obrigado, porém é interessante votar, pois irá escolher quem irá lhe representar!
Porém quero ser candidato oque eu preciso ter???
Primeiro você tem que obter level 8 no jogo, depois disso deve se filiar a um partido e então poderá ser candidato!
Vamos a segunda parte do tutorial! Quais são os tipos de eleições??E oque eu preciso para participar delas??

Eleições Partidárias
Os candidatos têm de ser pelo menos nível 8.
Somente membros do partido podem votar para o líder do seu partido.
O cidadão com o maior número de votos se torna o novo líder do partido e será capaz de editar as propostas de candidaturas para as seguintes eleições do Congresso.
Apresentação de candidatura custa 2 de ouro.
Os resultados não podem ser vistos até a votação termina.
Se não houver nenhum candidatura, o jogador com o maior XP automaticamente se tornará o líder do partido.
O cidadão eleito Obtém 50 XP.
Agremiações do líder partidário.
Vale a pena citar que o líder pode expulsar membros do partido,bem como promover a galera para o status de : Member party ( que apenas permite-se candidatar a líder, bem como o council member (que permite candidatar a líder, promover outros membros a member party ou kikar membros comuns do partido).
Dia das eleições partidárias.
De 12 a 14 de cada mês, os cidadãos podem apresentar suas candidaturas para a liderança do partido.
No dia 15 de cada eleições mês tome lugar.
No dia 16, os resultados são publicados.
Editar lista de eleição para o congresso.
Líderes do partido podem editar lista de eleição do Congresso no dia 24 do mês.
No dia para editar a lista dos candidatos, o partido poderá ter até 20 candidaturas, enquanto as candidaturas do resto dos demais candidatos serão removidos por padrão. O líder pode cancelar o número que quiser de candidaturas, podendo inclusive cancelar todas, de forma que o jogo apenas limita o teto de candidatos.
[b]Eleições para congressista.
[i]Para se tornar um CONGRESSISTA o cidadão precisa possuir nacionalidade brasileira, estar filiado a um dos partidos TOP 5 do país, ter sua candidatura aceita pelo presidente de seu partido e estar entre os VINTE MAIS VOTADOS nas eleições parlamentares.A eleição tem custo (FREE), caso eleito bônus de 50 XP.
O candidato eleito pode votar e propor projetos de lei, lembrando que cada congressista pode propor apenas 5 PROJETOS DE LEI POR MANDATO
As propostas de lei disponíveis ao congressista são as seguintes:
Imprimir moeda
Doar dinheiro
Mudar taxas
Propor impeachment
Eleger presidente
Propor mensagem de boas-vindas
Propor mensagem página de registro
Proposta de arrecadação de fundos para BB (BabyBoom) no seu país
Dia das eleições para congressista.
Do dia 21 ao dia 23 os candidatos devem apresentar suas candidaturas ao partido
No dia 24 os presidentes dos partidos editam as suas listas de candidatos as eleições ( no máximo 20 candidatos por partido )
No dia 25 ocorre a votação
No dia 26 é divulgada a lista de congressistas eleitos
Eleições para presidente.
Qualquer cidadão pode candidatar-se a presidente somente no seu país natural (país natural é o país o qual você é cidadão)
O Presidente do país pode propor até 5 novas leis a cada período de 24 horas.
O presidente pode ser impedidos (impeachment) pelo congresso (requer mais de 70% dos votos a favor).
Depois de um presidente ser impedido, o segundo candidato com mais votos se tornará automaticamente o presidente.
Se um país não tem um Presidente, o congresso pode propor um criando uma lei.
Ser o Presidente de um país é um trabalho com muitas responsabilidades. Um jogador concorrendo à presidência deve estar pronto para tomar posição a cada demanda.A eleição possui um custo de 10g, caso eleito bônus de 500 XP.
Dia das eleições para presidente.
Do dia 2 para o dia 4ª de cada mês, os cidadãos podem apresentar as suas candidaturas.
Eleições presidenciais terá lugar no quinto dia de cada mês.
No sexto dia, os resultados são revelados.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
