Lately, Hollywood has been a little bit more keen on adapting manga and anime stories for Western audiences. Because of this, it is refreshing to hear that Japanese studios still continue to adapt anime and manga for the big screen. One example of this is TOHO Animation’s upcoming film, “Gantz:0.”
According to a report on Anime News Network, the first teaser trailer for the upcoming TOHO Animation film, “Gantz:0,” has just been released.
The teaser trailer opened with a cheerful song being sung by children, as the camera zoomed in on the black “Gantz” sphere.
The text during the song says that over 21 million copies of the original manga, “Gantz,” which was written by Hiroya Oku, has been sold.
Afterwards, the text in the video is interspersed with images of a long-haired man wearing a black leather suit, and an old man walking down the street.
The long-haired man, whose face looks dirty, is none other than one of “Gantz’s” main protagonists, Masaru Kato.
The text in the video is addressed to an unseen number of people. It says that their lives belong to it, and that they will have to kill someone, and that they will be sent to “hell.”
The next few scenes are action sequences in which Kato is shown fighting two big monsters or aliens, who also come to blows with each other.
In one shot, a short-haired woman, presumably the “Gantz” character Kei Kishimoto, fired a heavy duty gun.
A shot of the black sphere with a countdown clock was then shown.
Another shot showed that someone, maybe a fallen character or a character currently living, is being re-materialized.
The trailer then ends with a quote that states that Hiroya Oku is excited about this upcoming adaptation of his manga, and the release date of October 14, 2016.
“Gantz,” a manga created by Hiroya Oku, tells the story of two friends, Kurono Kei and Masaru Kato, who are forced to kill aliens in a game organized by the “Gantz” sphere after they are resurrected from the dead. They were killed by a subway train after trying to save a drunken man who fell on the subway track.
The two friends are not alone, as they join up with teams composed of other people who have just died.
The manga was adapted into an anime and two live action films, which starred Kazunari Ninomiya as Kurono Kei and Ken’inchi Matsuyama as Masaru Kato.
According to a report on Comic Natalie, it looks like the film will be adapting the manga’s “Osaka Arc.”
In the manga, that particular arc was set in Osaka and saw Kato trying to take on an alien worth a hundred points in the game, so that he could choose to revive his fallen friend, Kurono, as his reward.
This corresponds to the fact that viewers only got to see Kato in the trailer, and due to the fact that the alien that he is facing is gigantic.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
