I.Treason is to be considered the act, conspiracy to act, or assistance to the act of actions that are directly harmful to the United States.
A. Damage against the United States
1. Damage in excess of 500,000 in one battle is to be considered undeniably deliberate, and therefore punishable under the offense of treason.
2. Damage between 500,000 and 3,000,000 is to be considered a moderate offense, with a minimum fine of 5 gold and a maximum fine of 20 gold. It also carries a minimum one week without government supplies and no maximum duration of supply suspension. It does not carry with it the possibility of losing citizenship.
3. Damage between 3,000,000 and 6,000,000 is to be considered a major offense, with a minimum fine of 15 gold and no maximum fine. It also carries a minimum one week without government supplies and no maximum duration of supply suspension. It carries the strong possibility of losing citizenship.
4. Damage in excess of 6,000,000 will be considered grounds for immediate loss of citizenship. If that cannot be arranged, then to the best of the government and the citizenry's ability, the convicted player will be excluded from participation.
B.Theft from the United States
1. Theft of resources from USA Org, US Federal Reserve, or a US-sponsored MU will result in immediate loss of access to supply systems. It will also result in a minimum fine equivalent to the stolen supplies and no maximum fine amount. Theft also carries a minimum one week without government supplies and no maximum duration of supply suspension. It also carreis the possibility of losing citizenship in major cases.
C.Conspiracy against the United States
1. Cooperation with foreign governments for the purpose of undermining the United States carries severe penalties, including the immediate loss of all supply rights, loss of access to any supply storage locations, an indefinite fine, and a major possibility of losing citizenship.
II.Citizens accused of treason will be tried by the American Court.
A. Members of the American Court
1. The American Court will include four permanent positions: The President, Vice President, and each of the Defense Officers. If the people occupying those positions change, they will no longer be members of the Court, but rather their replacement will take their spot. The title is permanent, not the player.
2. The American Court will include three variable members, who will be chosen at random from the members of Congress who do not occupy one of the four permanent positions. These three variable members will be chosen on a case-by-case basis.
B.The American Court's involvement in other crimes
1. Other crimes, aside from treason, may be tried by the American Court at the petition of a citizen, via shout, for the prosecution of another. The petition must receive 5 votes to be heard by the Court. If the petition does not receive 5 votes within 24 hours, the crime will be analyzed without going through the Court process.
C. The Process and Duties of the American Court
1. The American Court will deliberate upon the fitting punishment for each case within the guidelines set by this law. The result will be decided by approximate consensus.
2. The maximum time period for this discussion is 12 hours. Court members who are not present in that 12 hours will not be consulted.
3. The decision of the American Court is final.
Now that I've set those laws in words, I'd like to add a personal note. DO NOT hit against the United States, even for a Battle Hero medal. You will not be given a pass simply because you were trying to earn a little extra gold. If you want a BH, find a different battle. Do not hit against our allies, either, as straining relations is never a positive. Be responsible, be patriotic, and do not disrespect or betray the loyalty of your fellow citizens for the sake of gold.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
