Tên lửa bay 400km trước khi nổ tung
Yonhap dẫn nguồn tin quân sự Hàn Quốc cho biết, Triều Tiên đã phóng một tên lửa nghi là Musudan từ khu vực gần thành phố Wosan vào khoảng 5h58 sáng nay theo giờ địa phương. Tuy nhiên, tên lửa này đã nổ tung giữa không trung sau khi bay được một chặng khoảng 150km
Khoảng 2 giờ đồng hồ sau đó, Triều Tiên tiếp tục phóng quả tên lửa thứ hai. Tên lửa này bay được 400km trước khi nổ tung. Tuy nhiên, hiện chưa thể xác định được lần phóng thử nghiệm thứ 2 này thành công hay thất bại mặc dù có thể nói đây là lần phóng tên lửa tầm trung hiệu quả nhất của Bình Nhưỡng, một quan chức Hàn Quốc cho biết.
Tên lửa Musudan có tầm bắn hơn 3.000km, có thể vươn tới các căn cứ quân sự của Mỹ ở châu Á và Thái Bình Dương. Triều Tiên được cho là đã triển khai khoảng 50 quả tên lửa Musudan kể từ năm 2007.
Hồi tháng 4, Triều Tiên đã 3 lần phóng tên lửa Musudan, khiến Hội đồng bảo an Liên hợp quốc phải lên tiếng chỉ trích. Trong lần phóng tên lửa mới nhất này, Triều Tiên cũng không thông báo trước với Liên hợp quốc.
Nhật Bản sẽ “không tha thứ”
Vụ phóng tên lửa sáng nay của Triều Tiên đã vấp phải sự chỉ trích gay gắt từ phía Mỹ và Nhật Bản. Đài NHK dẫn lời Thủ tướng Nhật Bản Shinzo Abe: “Nếu đó thực sự là phóng tên lửa đạn đạo, rõ ràng không thể tha thứ. Chúng tôi sẽ phân tích kỹ lưỡng vụ việc và sẽ phối hợp với cộng đồng quốc tế, trong đó có Mỹ và Hàn Quốc”.
Về phần mình, phát biểu với báo giới tại Tokyo, Bộ trưởng Quốc phòng Nhật Bản Gen Nakatani nhấn mạnh lại vụ phóng tên lửa của Triều Tiên là hành động “khiêu khích nghiêm trọng” và không thể tha thứ. Ông cho rằng, Bình Nhưỡng sẽ tiếp tục có các hành động khiêu khích như vậy.
Tại Hàn Quốc, văn phòng tổng thống cho biết sẽ triệu tập một cuộc họp an ninh quốc gia khẩn cấp vào cuối buổi sáng nay để thảo luận về vụ phóng tên lửa mới của Triều Tiên.
Mỹ cũng kịch liệt chỉ trích các đợt phóng tên lửa của Bình Nhưỡng và tuyên bố sẽ đưa vấn đề này ra Hội đồng bảo an Liên hợp quốc. Người phát ngôn Bộ Ngoại giao Mỹ John Kirby cũng nhấn mạnh, Mỹ sẽ duy trì cam kết đảm bảo an ninh cho Hàn Quốc và Nhật Bản. “Chúng tôi sẵn sàng bảo vệ mình và các đồng minh trước bất cứ hành động khiêu khích hay vụ tấn công nào. Chúng tôi kêu gọi Triều Tiên tránh các hành động có thể làm gia tăng căng thẳng ở khu vực, thay vào đó tập trung vào thực thi các bước đi cụ thể nhằm hoàn thành các cam kết và nghĩa vụ quốc tế’.
Tuy nhiên, Jeffrey Lewis thuộc Viện nghiên cứu quốc tế ở California cho rằng, sớm hay muộn Triều Tiên cũng sẽ khắc phục được những khiếm khuyết với tên lửa Musudan.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
