Under my instruction, The Ministry of Finance has stabilised the exchange rates, which gives certainty to all those using GBP. There is nothing more painful than taking a GBP wage then finding it can be worth a lot one day, and a little the next. The stability we now have will benefit us all going forward, and this is the bedrock of a solid economy.
My next initiative is the restructuring of UK Org’s companies. From today, our UK-based companies will only be for citizens who work for a real wage. All MU members will be assigned work positions in our overseas companies. The reason for this is to ensure that UK citizens always have a suitably priced job available if they choose to take one in the UK. Of course it is everyone’s choice where they work, but I would implore all UK citizens to work for companies based in the UK, or for one of UK Org’s companies if you prefer. We have companies throughout our country which are under-utilised. Please support your local businesses with your labour! To further assist this, I would ask that congress consider lowering the Income Tax on all UK businesses to 5% at a maximum. We may not have many raw material resources, but if our citizens choose to set companies up in the UK, let’s not punish them with high income tax rates, which put off staff. There is no need for a 20% income tax on Gifts. I would recommend a 3% income tax rate across the board. Work in the UK should pay!
The next matter is the UK Product Market. Business on the Product Market is slow, and there are two reasons for this. First, we have had far too few jobs available in the market over the last few weeks. With few being paid in GBP, there is no money circulating the system, and so I hope my restructuring of UK Org’s companies and the reduction in income tax will boost this flow of money and benefit the Product Market. Second, there has been a lack of trading and entrepreneurial spirit within UK citizens currently. UK citizens with GBP in their accounts want to spend it on goods supplied by UK members – the “Buy British” ethos! There has been a lack of sellers on the market and too many international Stock Companies willing to take their place.
To remedy this, I have three separate policies:
1) UK Org has been, and will continue to go, shopping around the globe and put on the UK market good value, useful products. There is now a supply of raw materials, tickets and high level Gifts and Food on the market at a fair value, benchmark price so there is permanent access to these products within the UK. This has already forced down prices and increased competition in the market. Lower prices will only benefit our country’s citizens in hard times.
2) In order to assist UK sellers on our Product Market, I propose to increase the Import Duty on all raw materials and goods to 20%. I want to promote the “Buy British” ethos to the next level, giving our citizens every chance to make their own profits from their own hard work. It can be very hard to compete against well-organised Stock Companies and foreign MUs, so my proposition is designed to promote UK entrepreneurship. As stated in my previous policy, I will ensure that there are good value products available for sale by UK Org, but there will be plenty of scope for competition for keen citizens willing to graft to earn extra income for themselves.
3) To further promote entrepreneurship, I am personally looking to provide guidance and sponsorship, where relevant, to UK citizens who have any interest in international trade or business development. By promoting traders to develop their skills and trade links, the UK economy will benefit from lower prices, a well-developed and stable product market and your Government will earn extra tax revenues which will fund the development of our nation.
I have taken over UK Org at quite a low point for the UK in the server, and the effects of War and invasion have been very detrimental to our finances. It is going to take time for the economy to recover, and I believe all of our citizens should contribute to our rebuilding. My final proposal is that we increase the VAT rate on Products to 5%. We need to take collective responsibility to reinvigorate our economy and this will allow our Government the freedom to secure our borders and put into action plans to develop our nation from our current position.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
