I (as an e-sim player) originate from Suna roughly two years ago, and that's where I have picked up most of my knowledge/skill at playing the game. I have always played for the United States as I am a proud American IRL. Speaking of IRL, I currently attend high school as a junior, swim competitively and enjoy playing video games in my spare time (very small amount of time sadly.)
I think the hardest part was setting up everything that operates in the government and will keep it running fluidly. This sort of stuff includes getting IRC channels running, Org setup, MU setup, newspapers, companies, Monetary Management, war coordination, etc. Its stuff you don't necessarily see, but takes a lot of time and effort to get right. Besides all of that fun stuff, I think a huge challenge has been engaging citizens to keep them active and having fun. Hence our wars, which have gone extremely well in my own opinion. Luckily I have an AMAZING cabinet that helps me keep everything in order. <3
This is definitely a good thing in my own opinion! First congresses have an activity problem, and I hope to clear that up with the next congress. Also we have SO many people who want to immigrate and share in the prosperity that the United States is becoming. Sadly, Congressman generally can only give one citizenship, so Congressional Elections always brings new hope for immigrants. As far as candidates, I would definitely endorse all of my cabinet members for congress just because of how active they are and how much work they do for the country! But besides them, I think it would almost be unfair for me to endorse people. Of course as a party leader, I will vet my own candidates and make sure they are not only active enough but also experienced enough to make good decisions as congressman.
This is a very tough question and I personally am still thinking about the path best for us. Yes, we took down Canada and Mexico with relative easy. We have built one of the most prosperous nations on Maxima and our military is just stretching its legs. However, it is very easy to overextend those legs and get cocky, so I would hazard to guess expansion is off the books for now. I think the very next thing on the agenda would be building up the American people systematically whether it be helping business leaders, training new players or setting up defense shields to protect our nation against any future adversary.
I definitely will be considering I will finally have more free time to enjoy the game! I think the system we have going right now is working pretty well, we've got great tanks like Shay and Yaronef , good MU leaders like RedBud and Moonshadow , and good strategists like Ahnan , George Washington , and myself. I think the combination of all these people working in tandem for the benefit of the American people will continue to bring us success.
I believe my current relations with foreign leaders is fairly solid, although it started pretty rocky. I remember at first we were trying to create an alliance ourselves (instead of joining one) and one of the candidate countries was the UK. Their CP (who is now, not their CP) completely blew me off and belittled our nation as weak. I think that has been kindly disproved. Otherwise, no I haven't had any troubles with foreign leaders. I talk to the Presidents of Bulgaria, Columbia and Brazil fairly regularly and they are all generally good people and leaders.
This question is ironically hard to answer. I might have some tricks up my sleeve for the end of the server. But without giving anything away, I am fairly positive there is gonna be a HUGE war between Poland and Turkey and their allies. Who will win? I believe Poland even though they are the weaker of the two, I think they are generally more likable and have more allies. However, I would hazard to say I don't think Poland will be the winner of the server
More or less just hang in their guys, and don't feel awkward about stepping forward and suggesting stuff! We wouldn't be where we are without everyones combined efforts, so great job everyone! Regarding our allies, erm, hello. Also personal advertisement, I can't seem to sell Iron on #MxTrade so if your interested in 3500 iron for .015 per or 52 gold in total
About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
